The Rösti was missing from the Signature BBQ Rösti. But the extra bacon was well represented. Maybe to compensate. But if it says Rösti, then it should also be Rösti. Otherwise everything is fine.

I am now 50 years old and I still know the Big Macs 30 years ago, everything was still in order. I think what is now being offered is a cheek. Today savings are made everywhere and the Big Mac is only a third of what it was before. You can't do anything about the height, that's why it's time for the diameter. Just make your products the way they used to and just ask for more. Then I would come again.

Was there 2 weeks ago for the first time in 6 months with my partner. Larger orders with an order value of approx. € 30. Among other things, 2x Chickenburgers were ordered at € 1.49 each. Unfortunately only noticed the well-known problem at home: only one was in the bag. Been there again today. Today everything was possible (this time we checked well ?) Today I had a simple question. Unfortunately, neither the cashier nor a lady at the food counter could answer this question. Not because they didn't know the answer, not because of the mask, but because of the language. Everyone is given the chance to work, but why on earth am I putting people who do not speak the language well enough on the front line and risk scaring off my customers? Simple answer: Because Mcdonalds can afford almost anything, even negative criticism. I really have doubts whether I will ever go there again to be left at the bar again. The only thing that was positive was that the branch manager understood my question and answered what the two stars result from

Super fast everything fresh and nice service

At lunchtime, once or twice a month, I get food for everyone at the McDrive for around € 30 to € 40. In the last 6 months they have never, never, never and never managed to pack everything! Every time one or even several products are missing. Today 2 cheeseburgers. Normally I check and complain immediately, but today only noticed while eating. It's totally annoying when some of the people don't get their food and it's 8km away. I'm slowly getting tired of it and believe in intention! Fortunately, thanks to Corona, there are more and more alternatives for take-away.

Recently I was in valley 6 and wanted to have the "good cappocino" again, which bothered me in particular that coffee is served in the "PAPPCUP" nowadays. (none of those in charge thinks about the environment) The main thing is that the profit margin is right. What a shame to drink the good coffee out of the paper cup. I wrote to the head office and they replied: You have to do this in Corona times, in my opinion it's just a lazy excuse. I also talked to the manager about it, Überhaup wasn't interested, in the left ear in the right out. I was in one of these restaurants for the last time. If all coffee houses would serve their coffee in paper cups, what would the environment look like ???

The food as always, nothing new! Only the staff totally changed: rude and totally listless. I am very disappointed ! I believe that a short training course for employees on how to deal with customers would not be a bad idea !!! Note to the owner!

Third times in a row I have been there and they cheated me. If you order at the machines it will not give you the bill! And when your receive your in order they say all there but they can't give you the bill "for some reason". And when you got home your relaize that a "lot" of your in order missing!! They are open till late but check your orders before you leave.

As always great food was very hot and plentiful

I like it here. The soap was empty on the manner toilet and it was immediately refilled. Staff friendly. Branch very clean. Food was good. The branches of frenchiser heinritz were everything (parsdorf / Zwiesel) so far.

Very seldom at McDonalds, but it has definitely gotten better than it used to be.

Sitting straight there, the drinks were simply popped on the table so that what was spilled out of the icetees, not even good appetite, nothing at all! A facial expression incredible! Teach people to laugh and talk. It doesn't hurt.

Unfriendly staff, extremely dirty sanitary facilities, no soap, tables outside very dirty. Were not cleaned once during our entire stay, although the customers were constantly changing.

Here you find one of the distinguished branches of McDonald's. As for the waiting period, you may have to wait more than a quarter of an hour to get your request in case you are inside the store. As for general cleaning, workers regularly clean, but I don’t know why most of the workers in McDonald’s stores generally do not wear paws. The workers are nice, and the place is not very crowded, I like having juices here on most summer days as well as ice cream…………….......................................................

Always good for a fast bite. Tasty and healthy because there is salad and tomatoes ? Drive through or done in.

Below average... Most of the options were not available during our visit and the ones we had literally made our stomachs get into trouble...The staff was fine and friendly, the cleanliness was fine..but the burgers were just not good.. unfortunately. They also have the drive-in option and very good indoor and outdoor sitting area.. Will NOT recommend the Vegan burger here..it was awful.

To many crazy people with crazy kids they like savages on a hunting day, Jesus Christ saint Mary and Joseph !

Food is good, restaurant is modern and for the amount of people traffic, quite clean. The touch screen ordering system makes is easy to custom your meal - ideal for fussy eaters :-)
